- We process orders within 1-2 business days. They are sent to the manufacturer and shipped from there. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivers in 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 1-2 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen.
4. International Shipping
- We currently ship worldwide.
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
